I had experience with Air flow services when my A/C unit gave up on me. I was overwhelmed when I called around trying to get quote for new unit. When I called Air Flow services the person who answered was very understanding that I have young kids in A house with temp is 90 degree. Tech came same day I made the phone call, and he gave me very affordable quote for brand new unit and Schedule for appointment To install the very next day. The next day, they came with the new units it took them less than three hours at the most to have a brand new AC unit with installed, technicians were polite and made sure to leave everything clean behind them and make sure everything is done correctly. I Even recommended them to a neighbor of mine who had a problem with his unit, they came and provided service and clean his unit has and solve his problem with very affordable price and professional service.

He also told me to contact him if I needed any other help or had any additional questions.Adil was a breath of fresh after having disastrous experiences with another HVAC assigned to our claim who had already been out twice to no avail and diagnosed my AC problem as a plumbing issue. However, My air was working prior to the other company’s arrival and mysteriously stopped working and temperature got to be 85 in my house so I requested a different contractor from my home warranty company. He was able to diagnose the short term solution and the long term solution and came back several times to extend the life of the unit. He always worked quickly and efficiently. Air Flow Services saved the day and our sanity! We have a home warranty service and we were assigned a different HVAC company when our AC went out 4 weeks ago. After multiple attempts of trying to communicate and work with this company, our home warranty changed contractors to Air Flow Services -- what a relief, literally! Adil, was quick to respond. He checked our system which we knew was in need of replacement. A new unit was then ordered through our home warranty and received/installed within 4 days! Adil even set aside extra time for us since he knew we had been without air for so long. A week later, he followed up to make sure everything was working ok -- finally, outstanding customer service. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue( burned out capacitor) and fix it within a few minutes.
